How safe is auto transport?

Of the millions of vehicles transported annually, less than ½ of 1% will be involved in a claim. Overall, it is a very safe procedure! Your vehicle will be transported on the same truck it is picked up on, we will not "stage" our freight. The same driver that picks the vehicle up will be delivering it to you also.

Why is there a time "window" for pickup, what if I am moving and my schedule is not flexible? Unfortunately, trucks carrying up to 10 vehicles have difficulty adhering to an exact schedule. Although we do have access to terminals in most major markets, we strongly suggest using a personal representative. Often times a friend, neighbor, coworker, apartment manger, hotel clerk, service station or car dealership will be available without additional cost and a minimal inconvenience.

OPEN TRUCK / DOOR TO DOOR Your vehicle is transported on an open car carrier (similar to the ones used to deliver new cars from the manufacturer to the dealers). Your vehicle will be picked up at your door 'direct by a multiple car carrier'. Pickup times are pre-arranged, generally within 12-24 hours in advance. Deliveries are made to the door at your specified destination. Scheduling deliveries is the same as pickup. Typical transit times are quoted, A+ insurance, provided at no additional cost.
