Packing vases and large bowls

Packing large bowls and vases must be done very carefully to avoid breakage. Use a dish box, cushioned at the bottom with paper balls and wrap each bowl or vase individually with several sheets of packing paper. Make sure to pack bowls and vases securely and stand them upright using paper padding to keep them in place. Continue to add items until the box is full but make sure to add extra padding, as vases and large bowls are easily breakable if they are jostled during the move. Leave enough room at the top of the box for a final layer of padding and seal the box securely. Mark the box “FRAGILE” and to use arrows to indicate the top of the box.
