MOVING EXPLORER.COM™ is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the Web site www.movingexplorer.com. Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

1. Definitions
In this Privacy Policy, terms that commence with a capital letter are defined in this Section or in the preamble.
"Guest" means an individual who can search and purchase Products or Services on the Site.
"MOVING EXPLORER.COM" or "we" means MOVING EXPLORER.COM and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
"Personal Information" means any information, recorded in any form, about an identified individual, or an individual whose identity may be inferred from the information. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any required Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with Products or Services that can be offered on our Site only if we have access to certain Personal Information.
Minors
Minors (as defined under the laws of their jurisdiction or residence) are not eligible to register for, use, or Purchase the Products or Services available on our Site. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any Minor, and will not use this information and will delete it if we discover that it has been provided by a Minor.
3. What Personal Information we collect
We collect only such information as necessary to provide Products and Services to you such as name, address, email address, phone number, moving address, etc. In addition, service providers that wish to join our site will submit similar personally identifiable information as consumers, as well as business name, moving license and DOT #s, etc. In our Feedback section, you will include your email address and comments.
When you participate in contests, promotions, raffles, or sweepstakes
We may offer you the chance to win a variety of moving related prizes by sponsoring contests, promotions, raffles, or sweepstakes. If you choose to participate, we will collect Personal Information, such as your full name, e-mail address, or mailing address.
If a third party administers the contest, your participation may be subject to that other party's terms and conditions, and privacy policy. Detailed information about these terms will be provided on the applicable form you will be asked to fill out.
When you participate in a survey
From time to time, we may invite you to participate in a survey. You are free to participate or not. We will collect the responses you provide, and will make them anonymous to aggregate them with those of other participants.
When you use Feedback
The feedback form is located at http://www.movingexplorer.com/send-site-feedback.php. The personal identifiable information we collect via this form, with the exception of the email address is posted to our site for general viewing. The email address is confidential and will not be sold or shared with any 3rd party partners. Also, we will not send unsolicited promotional emails to these addresses.
If you use our feedback area of the Web site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. When we advertise on third party sites
When you visit a site on which we advertise, and click through our advertisement, we may place cookies on your computer, or use pixel tags. The information that we collect through this technology is not personally identifiable.
4. How we use the information we collect
We use Personal Information in order to provide and enhance the Products or Services offered on our Site:

• To personalize the service we provide to you, tailor your experience at our Site to your interests and make more appropriate moving services;
• To manage our Site, diagnose technical problems, improve content, and allocate the resources of our systems so that your experience with our Site is as efficient as possible;

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. MOVINGEXPLORER.COM does not store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
Contests - Promotions - Raffles - Sweepstakes
If you participate in a contest, promotion, raffle, sweepstake, we will only use your Personal Information to notify you if you win. We will share the information with the entities with which we may have teamed to propose the joint promotion. If a third party administers the contest, your participation may be subject to additional terms and conditions and that third party's privacy policy. We are not responsible for such third parties. You should carefully review these third parties' terms and conditions.
Session Data
We use Session Data, collected through cookies and pixel tags (See “Tracking Utilities” below), to better understand how our Site is navigated, how many visitors arrive at specific pages, the length and frequency of stays at our Site, the variety of searches of our Site's database, the types of browsers and computer operating systems used by our visitors and the Internet Protocol addresses from which visitors connect to our Site. We also use this information to improve our Site content and ease of use, to personalize and improve your individual viewing experiences on our Site.
Surveys
When you participate in a survey, your participation and responses will be kept confidential, and will not be shared outside MOVINGEXPLORER.COM without your permission, except with our service providers.
Aggregated Information
Aggregated information is information, recorded in any form, about more than one individual, where the identity of the individual is not known, and cannot be inferred from the information. We may use aggregated information to describe our user base to current or potential partners investors and advertisers; after a survey, to understand and respond to market needs and preferences; or to make recommendations to other users of our Site.
What we do NOT do
We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card. MOVINGEXPLORER.COM does not share, sell, rent or trade your personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
5. To whom we disclose Personal Information

• To those service providers with which you make arrangements through our Site. We provide them with the Personal Information needed to make and complete the purchase, booking, or reservation. Disclosure without consent

6. How we protect Personal Information

If you choose to contact MOVINGEXPLORER.COM through the Site, you should be aware that any information transmitted electronically via the World Wide Web might not be secure. MOVINGEXPLORER.COM assumes no liability for the loss of any information that you transmit to us via the World Wide Web.
In communicating with you, we may send e-mail as unencrypted plain text because we are aware that most Members, Guests, or Subscribers cannot readily process encrypted e-mail. This is done for your convenience, but with the security concern that, if misrouted or intercepted, it could be read more easily than encrypted e-mail.
7. Access to Personally Identifiable Information
MOVINGEXPLORER.COM will provide you reasonable access to your personally identifiable information, at no cost to you, within 30 days of your access request. If we cannot provide access within the 30-day period, we will tell you when we will provide access. In the unlikely event that we cannot provide you access to this information, we will explain why we cannot do so. 8. Tracking Utilities
Cookies and pixel tags
A Cookie is a small text file that our computer sends to your computer, and that your computer sends back to us each time you make a request from our Site. We use cookies on our Web site. A cookie contains a unique identification number that identifies the visitor's browser, but not necessarily the visitor. We do not tie cookies to personally identifiable information. A pixel tag is a small graphic image similar to a cookie. When you access our Site, our computer seeks to place "cookies" and/or "pixel tags" on your personal computer to collect Session Data. Cookies and pixel tags help us recognize you when you visit our Site again. Unless a visitor specifically informs us of his/her identity, we will not know who the individual visitor is. We use pixel tags to monitor the open rate of our communications. This helps us understand the effectiveness of communications we send. We do not use this information for any other purpose and they are not tied to personally identifiable information.
Some of our business partners (e.g., advertisers or tracking services) use cookies on our site. We have no access to or control over these cookies.
Log Files
As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We use a third-party tracking service that uses log files to track non-personally identifiable information about visitors to our site in the aggregate in order to track usage and volume statistics to help us improve our Web site.

MOVINGEXPLORER.COM may from time to time monitor and review any information transmitted or received through the Site. We reserve the right to censor, edit, remove, or prohibit the transmission or receipt of any information that MOVINGEXPLORER.COM deems inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. During monitoring, the information may be examined, recorded, or copied.

For your convenience, our Site provides links to other sites. When you click on one of these links, you are leaving our Site and entering another site. We are not responsible for such third party sites. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. we . We may also undergo a change of ownership. We will post an appropriate notice of changes to the Privacy Policy and changes or ownership on our Site. Privacy Policy changes will apply to the information collected from the date we post the revised Privacy Policy to the Site, as well as to existing information held by us.
If we decide to change this policy in a material way, we will obtain the necessary consents required under applicable privacy laws if we seek to collect, use or disclose Personal Information for purposes other than those to which consent has been obtained, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.

10. Choice/Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes by sending us an email to privacyquestions@movingexplorer.com. Please let us know your preferences in this email.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at customerservice@movingexplorer.com.
You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
