DO NOT USE NONSTOP MOVING!!!!!
1) They charge from the moment they arrive to your location til the time they leave the location. In my situation, they arrived on my property at a certain time but did not start the move right away. THIS COUNTS AS TIME MOVED!!! They also finished the job, had a mover standing around on the cell phone, and did not leave the property until 30 minutes later. THIS COUNTS AS MOVE TIME ALSO!!! So basically, they can lounge around but still charge you for that time!!!

2) They also charge by the HOUR so even if you go over by one minute they will charge a full hour. In my case, they went over by 10 minutes, (although for nearly 15 minutes one mover went MIA, one was walking around the building, and another was idle standing by the truck talking on a cell phone). When I disputed the move time charged at the time of the move, I was told that I would need to take up the issue with the office. When I called the office, they said there was nothing they could do.

3) When I called the office to address my concern, they were condescending, rude, and yelling at ME as though I had done something wrong...when I am the customer and my complaints should be heard. The rep sarcastically asked what I wanted them to do about the fact that the mover was MIA or just standing by the truck, said there was nothing he could do about it, said there was nothing they could do to verify that the worker was not working and on phone instead. Basically called ME the liar saying I just wanted to get out of paying when really I was calling to COMPLAIN about the workers that I was paying for, but basically not getting the service I paid for.

DO NOT USE NONSTOP MOVING!!!!

4) They charged for materials that they did not use. They charged me for TAPE that they did not need to use.

This is, by far, the worst moving company you could hire to move your belongings! They lied to me, charged me for packing materials I did not authorize, over billed me and double charged me for material and damaged my furniture. When I disputed the charges, they refused to unload my items until I paid the bill in full. Please look elsewhere for movers! This company should be closed down for disception, misrepresentation and fraud.

First of all Vincent Parrazzo pay $540.00 not $584.00
He get one hour back so his total payment was $451.00 the travel time between the location was 1.5 hours {map quest} .
We are sorry to hear that he experienced such difficulty during his recent move. As soon as he reported that a credit card was allegedly stolen from the person at the pick-up location, we immediately spoke with the police department and are fully cooperating in providing them with any/all information about this matter. As this is a criminal allegation, we must allow the proper authorities to investigate and take whatever action is appropriate. Again, we regret that Vincent is unhappy with his moving experience.
